Pets are part of the family. Our communities are pet-friendly and committed to a safe, enjoyable environment for all residents Eligibility. Domestic dogs and cats only, maximum two per apartment home. Exotic animals, rodents, reptiles, and amphibians are not permitted.

PetScreening. Every household registers through PetScreening before move-in and at each renewal — including households without pets, who file a no-pet affidavit. Pets must be approved before coming onto the property. Each profile requires a recent photo, current rabies certificate, core vaccinations (DHPP/DAPP for dogs, FVRCP for cats), a vet exam within the past twelve months, proof of spay or neuter, and local licensing. Pets wear ID tags on property; expired records place a pet out of compliance.

Fees. $300 non-refundable pet Deposit, $35 monthly pet rent — each per pet.

Responsibilities.
Clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly — never in breezeways, stairwells, or beside a door Use only the designated pet relief areas on-site Keep litter boxes indoors; litter may not be emptied outdoors or into plumbing Dogs leashed and under physical control outside the apartment
No roaming or unattended pets in common areas, on patios, or on balconies
No excessive noise or disturbances Secure pets during maintenance, inspections, and pest control Residents are liable for any damage their pets cause Unauthorized pets & violations.
Any pet not approved through PetScreening, including a guest's, is subject to a daily charge until approved or removed, with fees and pet rent assessed retroactively.
